These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://dhuzment.com and purchases from Dhuzment. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using a store service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the store with a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its operation or security.

2. General conditions

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address misuse. You may not reproduce, resell, exploit, or access a material part of the service without permission except as allowed by law.

3. Website information

We work to present accurate information, but descriptions, images, availability, prices, and other content may contain errors or become outdated. Colors and appearance can vary by screen. Product pages and checkout provide the most current information for a purchase.

Product details, limits, and options are shown on the relevant page and at checkout. If we cancel after payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

If you submit reviews, ideas, comments, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious. You grant Dhuzment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the submission for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content but are not required to publish it.

9. Personal information

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment and other service providers may process information under their own notices.

10. Errors and corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information, including after an order is submitted. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will provide the notice or remedy required by law.

You may not use the website or its content to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass, discriminate, threaten, or harm others; submit false information; transmit malware; collect data without authorization; send spam; scrape or reverse engineer where prohibited; circumvent security measures; or interfere with another person's use of the store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally suitable operation. Product warranties, if any, are those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhuzment and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dhuzment against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the service, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Dhuzment.

15. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Termination

Either you or Dhuzment may end the service relationship. Obligations and liabilities arising before termination, and provisions that by nature should survive, remain effective.

17. Entire agreement and waiver

These Terms and the policies posted on the store form the agreement governing the services. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated update date, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
